Imported iCall refresh rate

I use imported iCal calendars a lot, but I’ve noticed there’s no way to set a refresh rate from the interface. It seems the default refresh happens very rarely—maybe less than once a day? For my needs, I’d require the calendar to refresh at least once an hour. Is there a way to configure this?
