Can't connect to mailbox.org

Hello, since Thursday I have been getting an error message when I try to log in to my account on mailbox.org : "Some mandatory configurations have not been loaded. (namespace)". It also no longer works on Thunderbird or the iOS Mail app.

Has anyone else encountered this type of problem ?

Same problem. It worked fine this morning, doesn't work now!

Problem solved for me. If it helps, I had forgotten to add credit to my account and the 30-day period had expired. After logging in and paying on this page: https://login.mailbox.org/en/reactivate, everything was fine.

If that's not the case, here's the answer I got from support:

"This problem occurs occasionally. We have already been in contact with Open XChange and have already identified the cause. The developers of Open XChange want to provide us with a patch shortly, which will hopefully fix the problem.

For some users, using Chrome, clicking on “Reload”, deleting cookies and cache in the browser or restarting the browser helps. Sometimes it is also enough to try again a little later.

If none of this helps, I recommend that you access your account via external email software (Thunderbird, K-9 Mail, eM Client, Outlook etc.) so that you can access your emails again until the problem has been resolved.

We are working hard on the issue to get it working again for all customers as soon as possible.

We are sorry for this current situation."
