Rule "File into" defaults to "Inbox" and can not be changed

I intent to create a rule to move incoming email with a subject into an already created subfolder of "Inbox". However the dropdown menu of "Select folder" is greyed out and can not be changed, see screenshot. Any work arounds possible? Or is this a lacking feature?
