Mailbox support doesn't respond

I've submitted a ticket about Mail guard password that was forgotten 9 days ago and still no response, even after resubmitting other tickets.
Our research institute uses this service, so I'm locked out from my professional mailbox and can't send emails.
I'm very much surprised on why they chose Mailbox since the support is non-existent !!

I'm not Mailbox support, but there are like over double the amount of Ticket's as usually at Mailbox since the US stuff happened + the Redesign/Relaunch + Simply getting more known at all. They are some new Employees at the Support, but It's still simply way too many Tickets. Most information I say was taken of the German Forum. Totally sorry to hear tho you forgot your Password and hope for yourself you keep it in a Password Manager next time, so this wouldn't happen a lot.
