MAILBOX DID IT AGAIN ! Why I even pay you, I am not your beta tester!

I start with good its not much so its easy.
GUI looks better, it have potential because old mashup of what ever you did run on back end whose horrible, but it worked badly but it did.
So now to the bad things. I AM NOT YOUR BETA TESTER !!!
I don't use your browser app! I don't care about GUI it could be TUI would be fine by me, I only logged in when I need to change something in settings and guess what ?
I can't now do any ting !!!!!
WHERE IS ACCOUNTING? - I don't know how much credit I have, I cant add credit, cant switch to different tier, cant close the account (how you make your business? you trying to appeal to businesses? WOW.)
WHERE IS : email aliases can't create or manage in any way.
WHERE IS : temporary aliases can't create or manage in any way.
WHERE IS SUPPORT BUTTON !!!!!! you clams to provide support WHERE IS IT ?! I logged out tried to log in to https://support.mailbox.org/ and guess what ???

STOP VIBE CODING AND PAY DEVS TO DO THEY WORK.

I fell sorry for any one using the rest of the crap if thy cant do basics at all I imagine rest don't work either.

Found solution for this problem You Can at least for now access old interface and do what you need on this link : https://office-sso.mailbox.org/
Please leave a comment or inactive-pos to let Mailbox know its not how thing are done !

Thanks (I think) for this most generic answer witch seam automatic or some sort of copy pasta.
I just described my problems ! In detail your are "mailbox.org Support" and you sending me somewhere else ?
I am sorry for asking I might be missing something isn't that your job to help solve problems.
And you know why I know you are not AI bot ........ as bad as they are they TRYING THEY BEST TO HELP !

thank you very much for your response. We are very sorry that you are upset about our service. We can assure you, that we don't send out any automatic or ai-copied responses to our customers in this forum. Of course we want to help you.

You are right, you described your problems. We asked you to open a ticket with the helpdesk because you asked for some private information that we can't publish here like your credit, credit-card, and details about your account. In order to help you, in turn we have some more questions about your system (e.g. your operating system, your browser, your OX-number etc.). We need this information in order to assist you.

This is the only reason we asked you to open a ticket. When you look at other threads in our German and our English forum, you will notice, that we try to help our customers publicly, because we want that solutions and answers are available publicly.

We are veyr sorry, we overlooked that you already sent two screenshots in your initial request. We can answer those questions right now:

1. Subscriptions are not the details to your account's contract. You can find those details under "All settings..." > "Contract and payment" > "Contract" .

2. The second screenshot shows the place where you can change an alias to your main-address. You can create new aliases or delete old aliases under "All settings..." > "Email addresses" > "Email aliases".

As for your other questions, please create a ticket so we can help you.
