Exchange Active Sync MFA issue with email attachements

Hi,

I have the following issue :

I switched to 2FA
Set up correctly Exchange in my app
It works fine, I am able to get access to my mailbox, calendar and contacts but not able to send email with attachments or access any email attachments

Any ideas of the issue behind?

P.S It works fine with IMAP. I checked several email clients set up with Exchange.
