Paypal payment not updating account again...

Hi,
This is the second time I tried to pay via Paypal and see that the payment has gone through however my account didnt get updated... The first time I was told it was because because the timeframe was too short for your systems to receive payment. This time I paid 7 days beforehand, is this also too short? I opened up a ticket on this but still havent had any replies back yet (been 23 hours but concerned about account being limited in a few days).
Could you please advise what to do before my account hits the monthly deadline?
It would be great if you could fix this issue too. I'm happy to help out with any testing if you need it.
