Portal is barely loading, everything is slow. Is it just for me?

Hi everyone,

I have recently joined a service and to be honest at this moment I am a bit disappointed.

The portal seems to be very slow, INBOX occasionally displays an error that it cannot connect to imap service, settings take ages to open tabs.

I recon there's some upgrade work going on in the background, related to the new interface, but since there's no communication from the Mailbox it's a bit frustrating and I am not sure that I should keep paying.

So I was wondering if is just for me or is it just some temporary issue on the service-side, or is the service normally that slow?


PS. I have to set a Beta tag, because I don't see a better fit, but I am NOT enrolled in the Beta programm.

I have the same problem today. They rarely check these forums so you’ll have to create a trouble ticket or they won’t know there’s a problem.
