I have problems with the synchronisation and the acces on windows exchange on my smartphone, it has become seriously difficult to access my e-mail account

Hello.

Could it be that you are using an Android device and Google apps? There are currently problems with synchronization via ActiveSync, presumably caused by an update to the app.

There are also reports of the problem on Google's website,

e.g. https://support.google.com/mail/thread/388700940/

It also seems to be limited to EAS connections running via Google Apps or on Android devices.

Some people have apparently found a workaround by using other apps or switching to IMAP and CalDAV/CardDAV.
