english portal keeps redirecting to german, some features dont work in english portal

for context, i put in my yearly debit card information payment ever since i started my light account trial. for some reason it never went through to mailbox's bank? yet the appsuite said the payment went through with the subscription. my account got closed after the 30 day trial end despite my payment i put in.
now when i try to login to the website using its english portals, i find i cant even reactivate my account on there. meanwhile, if i use the german portal, which i cannot understand, i was able to login with my password, 2fa, and i can try to change my payment. even then, i tried paying for more credit to my account and it always claimed that the subscription was already canceled no matter which plan i changed to. im curious as to why none of this could be achieved in the english version of the website?
PLEASE improve the navigation and the programming of your website, the english portal desperately needs work as it kept redirecting me to german pages, and even entire functionalities dont work on the english portal in the first place.
the payment problem isnt related much to this post as i would open a support ticket for that.

problem solved. while there were legitimate website issues at first, gui was helped with shortly after opening my support ticket. the rest of the time spent without recovering my email was only my fault. the payment process was interrupted by the fact my method wasn't valid to the service, therefore it isn't a website issue. changed payment method and the email was then recovered swiftly. deepest apologies for my complaints and trouble, please discard/close this post as i cannot edit its status any longer. however i still think that localization and navigation for the website could be helped with.

i am very disappointed in this service and i've only started using it a month ago. what is the point of trying to make the product available internationally if the website doesn't even work to process a simple credit card payment? if the language localization is so terrible that it stays redirecting to german pages regardless of preferred language selected on an account? is there an excuse for such poor web design in 2026, where the service can't read that i moved to an actual subscription from a trial?
i would actually be fine enough yet still annoyed with the translation issues, but it's insanity that even the service itself doesn't work or bugs out, and i don't see any particular updates or feedback about fixing these problems or other ones.
renewing my email account subscription should be easy as pie if it wasn't for the fact the payment information can't get through without always stopping me on a german "unknown error has occurred" message. that is just too vague and it makes me confused whether this is actually an issue on the service's end or if it has something to do with my card type.
if this is only an issue specific to me, then bad luck and apologies for causing issues for the staff. but if this problem is present for others, then this needs to be amended the best it can.
