Can't receive email from Gmail on custom doamin and can't login to support to report it

Hi,
I purchased yesterday an annual plan and added my custom domain. I followed the setup instructions, and everything appears to be configured correctly, as I can:
- Send emails using my own domain (correctly delivered);
- Receive *some* external emails (successfully tested with both Tuta and Proton);
- Receive direct emails sent from my own domain via the Mailbox.org client (i.e internally) .
However, incoming emails from Gmail are not being delivered, and this happens silently—no bounce notifications are received on the Gmail side (tested with two different email addresses).
Additionally, when I tried to report this issue to Mailbox support, I was unable to log in: SSO is not working, and the temporary password is not being delivered.
Could you please help me resolve these issues?
