folders not synching

I created a new account and dragged all my emails from the old Gmail to the new Mailbox (in Outlook). The emails in the inbox are synchronizing but the folders are not. I've done this multiple times with other email services with no problems, is there a special way to do this with Mailbox?
Access denied
No connection
Real-time notifications may not work
