Spreadsheets won't open

Spreadsheets won't open, it only spins. I've cleared history and cookies. I've tried different browsers (edge, chrome and LibreWolf) and installed Mailbox Suite as an app and same problem persists.

Which time did you try to use your spreadsheets in the Drive? I have noticed that late in the evening I had sometimes problems. Maybe there will be some maintenance of the cloud system discs. Try at different time of day.

I have tried several times for weeks now. Different times, different days, different browsers, different computers, different networks. Spreadsheets just doesn't work in mailbox. I can open the files from ox drive in excel or LibreOffice so it's not a problem with the files.

I'm thinking if Mailbox.org is performing heavy update of their mail system or even has less network resources. I also encountered an error about slow access of my .xlsx files. This BS was like "your file seems to be very large", I had to keep waiting. I had to download and install Libre Office and keep and edit the files in my local pc. By the way, I have 64 gb ram and 1 Tb fast SSD drive and my desktop pc is not yet three years old. These things remind me about my IBM mainframe times, when I was a application programmer (Cobol language) for a company who used too little money at their IT-department to purchase more CPU time. I retired about six years ago. Fortunately my spreadsheets are not very vital. Oh, I remember how about 2 to 3 weeks ago I could not upload files to Drive. There was no icon for it any. But there was a way (found by AI) so I could drag and drop the file to Drive. Once this year I remember have got a message after opening the mail. The mail system told me to reload and I did it, maybe just by refreshing my Firefox page. There was evidently an update from the Heinlein mail system.

Hello,

thank you for your posts. We tried to reproduce the errors, but we were not able to reproduce it. Does ist happen with all of your spreadsheets or just with some spreadsheets? Do those spreadsheets share any quality or trait? Did you create the spreadsheets in mailbox or did you create them offline and loaded them into the Drive?

With kind regards

I can open the app (get to the template / file screen), but no spreadsheet file will open. Even if I try to open the empty template it gets stuck.

This happens with all my spreadsheets. It happens with sheets I've created in mailbox and with ones I have imported from google drive or elsewhere. I can't think of any particular commonality between them, other than that they are all .xlsx format.

Things that happen when I try to open a spreadsheet:
- The page goes completely white and the wheel spins.
- I get the top row of buttons and icons, but the file name does not appear.
- The button/icon in the top left that leads to the template folder appears, but doesn't work.
- In the top right I get the four icons: the question mark, the document setting icon, the log out icon and the circle with my initials.
- The question mark works fine.
- The document settings icon works the first time I click on it. After that it stops working.
- The log out and initials buttons seems to works fine.
- Sometimes I get the "This file is very large" message that others have reported, but I haven't been able to reproduce it so it seems to pop up randomly.

Other things I have tried unsuccessfully:
- Disable uBlock
- Disable fingerprinting
- Try to open a spreadsheet in incognito mode
