What address should cash payment be sent to? Can it be sent using DHL (no signature required)? Is it allowed to pay €24 for 2 years for a 2 year subscription to a €1 /Month (€12/Year) account upgrade from Free account?

This is really very frustrating because you make me work so hard just to get simple information that should be clearly stated in your payment terms. But I spend 2 hours searching for information on something as simply as "Payment Terms and Methods". I simply do not understand why you do not post this on your website payment methods. Just put your cash payment mailing address and the steps to follow to make it happen. Is that too much to ask?
