Centralised family alias management and settings

The family account, especially on premium licensing, needs a management portal that allows centralised management of aliases and security settings. The idea of allowing a teenager to do this themselves and potentially put themselves or the family domains at risk is not cool!

Additionally, security settings for spam or encryption and privacy should also be linked to family managed settings. Consistency of protection and also preventing negative changes is really important if you truly care about family security and privacy.
