Sent emails getting rejected by corporate email systems

I have sent emails to several corporate email addresses recently, and they have either rejected the mailbox.org email completely, stripped attachments, or stripped the plain text body so that the recipient receives a blank email.

I can send the same email to the same recipient from another email provider without problem.

Is mailbox.org on some kind of blacklist ? I can't afford to have an unreliable service.

Hi,

thank you for your message. I've never heard that e-mails are getting stripped of attachments or the plain text body. Could you please provide more detail in a ticket? I need the senders e-mail-address, the recipient address and the exact date and time the e-mails have been sent. With this information I can look into our logfiles, and check if there is something conspicouus. Since the stripping does not on our servers, we will porbably have to reach out to the postmasters of the recipient.

Please keep in mind that the messages can't be older than five days, because we delete our logfiles every seven days for privacy reasons.

You can reach our helpdesk here https://support.mailbox.org. Alternatively, you can also send an e-mail to helpdesk@mailbox.org. I will take care of your request.

With kind regards

---
