In my experience, the actual mailbox status page is not actively maintained, even in the midst of major outages or disruptions. Customers are not informed on the status page about what is going on and why, and support provides vague answers when asked. See this recent post: https://userforum-en.mailbox.org/topic/4461-service-outage

I am having the same issue, mailbox.org was not loading from my home network, the only thing that loaded was status.mailbox.org and it showed quite old status updates. If this is not actively maintained, should it not be shut down?

Also connecting to pop3s port is no longer working from my home, since last Thursday. It is as if I have been ip-blocked or something. I have created a support ticket for this at support.mailbox.org

Hello,

thank you for your messages. We can't see any issues in our monitoring and the log-in works fine for us. One ISP in Denmark is experiencing connection issues the provider AS44869 does not receive the route to us from its upstream (AS31027). This error is within their network, so we can't do anything besides contacting them and ask them to fix this error. Could this be the reason for your connection issue?

Does it work in a different browser with all add-ons deactivated? Does it work in another network? Do you get an error message? If so, what does it say? Can you still connect to the SMTP and IMAP-ports?

As to the status.mailbox.org-page, at the moment we update it manually, so it happened in the past that it was not updated correctly. We have implemented another workflow so that it will be updated in case of an incident.

I am indeed located in Denmark, so that could be the issue. My IP is in the 5.103.xxx.xxx range, so that seems to be within AS44869 block. If you could contact them, that would be much appreciated :)

As for your other questions: I will test as soon as I am home again. (Currently in the office.)
