Delete an alias, a better approach

If I want to delete an Email account alias, I click the "delete" button. I get a message that the alias has been deleted. This is great it seems very straight forward.

But what would be better,... Click the delete button,... get the confirmation message, but still list the deleted alias in their alias list. Make the user do this repeatidly with no change in list of aliases. Don't give them the opportunuity to change an alias. Just screw with them. Say you will do something and then don't. It is fun to screw with customers.
