Add a link to Support in the App suite

Please add a link to the Support site within the App Suite page. Currently it seems that one needs to log off to find the link to the Support page, and then login again to enter into the Support environment.

Real-time notifications may not work

thank you for the suggestion. This is a great idea, we already plan on doing this, but I can't say when we will implement it. So I ask for a little more patience.
