Paid for 12 months but account didn't switch from trial to paid account

Hi,
I opened a ticket but it says it could take 2 weeks to get a reply. I hope I can get this sorted sooner this way.
I paid 12€ for a year by bank transfer but I don't see an invoice in my account and my account didn't change from trial to a paid account. Can you check please? I added the proof of payment in the ticket.
