Daylight savings in the U.S. causing calendar issues

Hi there,

We noticed that all of our appointments have been pushed back an hour across all of our staff calendars due to the daylight savings in the U.S. WE need to urgently correct this. Anyone have any experience with this?

Hi Veronica,

thank you for your message. Please make sure that you have chosen the correct language and country settings under "All settings..." > "General" > "Language" and "All settings..." > "General" > "Regional settings".

We've done this for all of our accounts. Our staff is remote across the U.S. so all staff have different timezones set but I have personally changed them all for our staff. Th issues seems to be global in the sense that recurring appoints scheduled before daylight savings are correct but the ones after are pushed back an hour.

Attached are screenshots of the correct settings but the calendar is incorrect in March

Hi there, are there any updates. This is a bit of a critical issue as it's creating confusion with our external attendees across various staff member calendars.

unfortunately I don't have an update as of yet. We haven't been able to reproduce the bahviour. I have to ask for a little more patience.

Hello Veronica

thank you very much for your patience. It seems that there might be an issue with the timezone for the US. We have opened a ticket with Open-Xchange, the creators of our software to look into it. I will update you as soon as I have more information. Until then I ask for a little more patience. If you have any further questions in the meantime, please let me know.

Thank you for looking into this. After further investigation, it seems like the it's only with that one event. All other items have been fine.
