"Unknown Email Address"

I purchased a standard subscription in February 2026. I have been unable to login to my account as it states that my mailbox.org email is unknown/invalid (Message received "Unknown Email Address"). I had to create a separate account for the forum since I was unable to login to get to support chat and unable to reset password as it states that the email is unknown.

I don't know how else to contact support.

Please advise. Thank you.
