DNSSEC chain with Mailbox.org is failing since few days

Hi Mailbox team,
I've note some issues with DNSSEC chain with Mailbox.org while I was testing my emails with custom domains via MECSA tool.
I was 5 stars few days ago and now I see an error regarding DNSSEC.
Do you have any information?
