Unexpected error when paying for subscription using a Visa debit card

I decided to pay for Mailbox standard subscription today using my Visa debit card, the order got aproved on my end, however, i got an "Unexpected error".
I got an order confirmation in my email, however, the features haven't unlocked (I only see 100mb of email storage and I still see the account in the trial state).
The payment seems to be blocked off on my end (even though i cannot see it in reservations).
