Problem setting up Outlook account in Mailbird

I am trialing Mailbox and have been unable to set up an Outlook account. I have had no problems with this account in other email clients. I have researched Mailbird's recommendations and tried everything they suggested. I have reached out to their support and while they acknowledged receiving my email to date there has been no response..
Does anyone else have this problem, or better do you have a solution.
