Quick actions (delete, archive, etc.) on hover

There's one feature that I miss, something that's present on both a Mountain View and a Swiss competitor: quick actions on hover.
It would be nice to quickly delete, archive or move a message without opening it, directly from the index.
Buttons appear as soon as you hover the message title on the emails list. See attached screenshot.
