Contract renewal problems?

I renewed my STANDARD contract in february for 1 year (30EUR) until 13.04.2027, but yesterday I got an expiry notice, that it will terminate on the 13.06.2026 ?? I have copy of the new contract and payment.
Does anyone else have that problem?
I wrote to customer service, but they are very busy, so I am afraid, that they will not see my complaint in time..
