Issue with Contract and Payment page results in deactivated account

I experienced that the Contract and Payment page wasn't working when I wanted to subscribe as a new customer. The issue was resolved apparently (separate problem topic), but in the meantime my account has been deactivated. At least this is what I can glean from the log-in page text that is written in German. I used goggle-translate but please in the future have an English explanation in addition as not all users speak the language.


"Ihr Account wurde automatisch deaktiviert, da kein Guthaben für eine Verlängerung verfügbar ist. Sie haben hier die Möglichkeit, Guthaben aufzuladen."


The last sentence says that I can add credit but the button underneath just leads me back to the log-in page.


This isn't very streamlined and as a new customer it doesn't give me a very good impression.
