All email I sent, ends up in recipients' Spam folder

I've tried to search the forum, but haven't been able to find a solution to this:
I noticed that I don't seem to receive any replies to any emails I send out to people. Turns out, every single email sent ends up in recipients' spam folders.
This happens for Gmail, Yahoo, Hotmail, Outlook, various custom domains.
I'm using a straight xxx@mailbox.org address, no custom domain.
Has anyone else come across this issue, and if so, did you find a solution to this problem?
If I can't get this sorted, I will have to move away again from this provider, which would be a shame.
