Created domain and email but i get a email not found in login.mailbox.org

Created domain (validated) and email for this domain but i get a "email not found" error in login.mailbox.org with that new email.
also why a password for the domain since we can't use that ?

when i use the gmail for business account ( setup.mailbox.org ) i get unknown email

so basically no where to login for the created domain
