Created domain and email but i get a email not found in login.mailbox.org

Created domain (validated) and email for this domain but i get a "email not found" error in login.mailbox.org with that new email.
also why a password for the domain since we can't use that ?
when i use the gmail for business account ( setup.mailbox.org ) i get unknown email
so basically no where to login for the created domain

cancel account, this is non sense 2-3 days for support that replies "merged" on a paid account is non acceptable

As mentioned in the German User Forum, the "Merged" message indicates that you opened two or more identical or similar tickets and that our Support team has merged them in order to work on them. Please refer to the other ticket you opened to see our response.
