Invoice corrections for Business customers

Dear mailbox Business customers,

Due to a software error, an incorrect invoice was sent to you. If you pay by direct debit, the amount will not be debited from your account.

If the incorrect amount has already been debited from your credit card, we will, of course, arrange for a refund immediately. You do not need to take any action.

We will, of course, cancel the incorrect invoices and send you a corrected invoice with the correct amount as soon as possible. We are already working hard to correct the error and ensure that such an incident does not happen again.

We regret this incident and sincerely apologise for the uncertainty and inconvenience caused. Thank you very much for your understanding and patience.
