Cant login on console (setup.mailbox.org)

I am just starting on Mail Box. I have created a Standard Business account, and activated the account by doing the payment for a year.

Them I am following the documentation to use my custom domain provided here: Using your custom domain with mailbox Business | Knowledge Base: Knowledge and help | mailbox

The issue is that I can't login on console (setup.mailbox.org).

I am using the same @mailbox.org e-mail I have for login at app.mailbox.org, the same password, and on app.mailbox.org I can login but on setup.mailbox.org I can't.

Is there any step missing on the docs?
