sort by From

When I read an email, I often find that I want to look at other emails from the same sender, so perform a sort by name (Sort by From) - via the three dots at the top of the page. I have two suggestions that I think would make this feature much more useful:

- the sorted emails currently display starting with the alphabetically lowest name of everyone in my mailbox - it would be far more helpful to display from the name I had highlighted, eg, if I were looking at an email from Fred, I'd expect the email display to start from the latest email from Fred rather than jumping to the beginning of the alphabet.

- the name used to sort is the email address, eg, admin@fred.com or hello@fred.com. But I want the sort to act on the sender display name Fred. There is already an IMAP standard (DISPLAYFROM) specifically designed to sort by the display name instead of the email address.

These seem like very small changes that would make Sort by From considerably more useful. If this functionality already exists and I've overlooked it, I'd be grateful if someone could point me in the right direction.
