Cannot authenticate mailbox.org domain with MailerLite

I am trying to set up an account with MailerLite, but they cannot automatically authenticate the mailbox.org domain as the sending address. In order to manually authenticate it, I would have to edit the DNS settings in Cloudflare, but do not have a login to do so. All the knowledge base DNS info points to editing a third-party domain, not the other way around. Is there something I am missing?
