The Web UI is unusable

The Web UI is unusable today. It's never been very fast but now it's so incredibly slow that requests time out and the emails are never actually loaded. What is going on?

We can confirm that the webmail service is currently experiencing long loading times. Our administrators are working hard to resolve the issue. We will post an update here as soon as we have new information. Until then, we have to ask for a little patience.
