Please add an "arrived/placed in specific folder" condition to rules

If a message is identified as having just appeared in a given folder (regardless of whether it's the result of another rule application or user input). For example, let's say I have a rule that any message arriving in Archive must then be set to read, this would allow me to automatically read messages that I archive on the go without having to toggle the folder with mark all as read every time.

This single change would make the rules system far more powerful.
