Can't access email through mobile or desktop clients

I am no longer able to access my email account through apps on my phone or desktop email clients. I think others are having the same problem. Is there a fix?

Is Login 2.0 already enabled for your account? Do you use 2FA? Have you created app passwords? How are you trying to access your e-mail account? Do you use IMAP&SMTP?

I have the same issue for a week now - can't login on the web with the PIN + 2FA - and support is not replying to my ticket
I guess it's related to their new 2FA system
Would be appreciated to get some official acknowledgement / communication
