"Error: No translation possible" when trying to create an alias

Any ideas why I am getting this error message when trying to create an alias?
I've been trying to set up an alias with Thunderbird to send emails but each time I'm asked to enter a password it gets rejected.. shouldn't the alias password be the same as the main email?

I tried to create additional aliases during testing period via your web page settings. I could create the 1st alias but with the 2nd the same error "No translation possible" as mentioed above appears. I tried with different aliases without success.
Is it because of a bug or restrictions of the test period? As far as I know 3 aliases are free for testing.
