not receiving emails since renewal

I renewed my subscription at basic level but have not received my emails since I renewed. Why could this be? My profile shows me as active, I can log in, I am just not seeing my emails sent to me lately.

Same here. It’s showing I have e-mails in my inbox and unread folders but when I click into them they are not appearing in the detailed view window. I’ve raised a ticket but got no response. Would be grateful if anyone has any idea how to resolve this problem?
