mailbox is holding my encrypted web app documents hostage

Multiple browsers tested with the same result. Support ticket submitted. Encrypted documents in the web app are not properly opening for viewing and editing. Unable to even unencrypt said documents. This is ridiculous.

To reproduce:

1. Create a new unencrypted .txt or .docx document for editing. Title it. Put some text in it. Close it.

2. Encrypt that document.

3. Try to view that encrypted document. Nope. Try to open that encrypted document for editing. Nope.

4. Right click that document and select "remove encryption." Nope.
