in this case you can of course open a ticket with our helpdesk under another topic. mailbox.org is using an anti-spam-mechanism during sign-up. It appears that in your case it created a false positive and that your account has been blocked. We have unblocked your account so you can send e-mails now.

I'm experiencing two separate problems at once which leaves me no other option than writing you the problem here:
1) Just as the others complaining above, I get this error when I try to send an e-mail:

2) I cannot create a ticket, because I'm also experiencing the problem here: https://userforum-en.mailbox.org/topic/1832-logging-in-ticket-system
So I cannot create ticket for support, nor can I send any e-mails.
