How can I disable automatic yearly folders within my archived folder
Need Answer
Does anyone know, is there a way to disable automatically generated yearly folders within my archived folder and prevent moving my archived messages into those newly generated folders?
Or do I have to manually remove the messages out of it, and remove the newly occurred folder manually each year?
Best!

Just move the messages out to the parent archive folder (this works easily if you are using mailbox.org via any other email client) and then delete the mailbox. Pretty sure those will be regenerated. Or did you get an answer on a ticket by any chance?

I would also like this. I want to be able to click the archive button and for the message to go straight to the archive folder.

Same concern here - I use Apple Mail which archives all mail in "Archive", meaning this 2025 folder is only used when I archive from Mailbox.org's Webmail. Very odd situation. I'm nervours that deleting the 2025 folder would create issues down the road. I did try to set Apple Mail so that it would archive into 2025: Apple Mail crash (which is unusual) so I guess that's a no go also...
