Webmail 404

Logging in at mailbox.org redirects to https://app.mailbox.org/appsuite/, which gives a 404. Webmail is inaccessible for the second time in a week, for a second server-side reason. What on earth is going on at mailbox? Get your act together.

Hello,
We now have more information about the incident. Due to an unfavorable configuration, the performance of our load balancers was severely impacted by an unusually high number of requests. As a result, email delivery and logins could only be processed in very small numbers and with significant delays. Our administrators identified and resolved the issue shortly thereafter.
However, it took some time for the backlog of tasks to be cleared and for logins and email delivery to resume functioning as usual.
Our administrators have already implemented several changes to our system and are working on additional measures to prevent this from happening again.
